As a landscaper this is really inspiring to see. I worked for many years under a wage that wasn’t livable, being forced to rent a room in a house with strangers because it was the only thing affordable even though I was working incredibly hard. But I see things are changing, and although my wage is much higher today due to my experience and diligence, I see wages rising for others entering the field for the fist time and it’s so beautiful to see.
