The eHealth Centre of Excellence is a not-for-profit organization that assists clinicians, healthcare organizations, and Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) across the province with the meaningful and sustainable adoption of digital health tools, such as eConsult, eReferral, online appointment booking, virtual care platforms, EMR-integrated supports for primary care, and automated solutions.

In addition to our change management and implementation support, we offer program planning expertise, as well as the design and customization of innovative solutions. We are co-leaders of two provincial programs: the Ontario eServices Program and Evidence2Practice Ontario.
