Langs uses community development approach which means residents actively participate in the organization. Langs is governed by a volunteer board of directors and is accredited. 

Langs has grown to become a dynamic, respected multi-service organization that provides comprehensive health, social and recreational services that are responsive to the changing needs of our community.
