Don't know what Tempeh is? Tempeh is a delicious fermented soybean product that can be used as a meat-alternative for almost any dish! It is considered a superfood and has been gaining in popularity since the 1970s in North America, but was originally popularized in Indonesia. It is often referred to as Tofu's (better) cousin, as it is far less processed, using the whole bean, and thus providing you with more of the amazing nutrients found in Soy (as well as being easier to digest due to the fermentation process). For the record, we love both tempeh and tofu!
