Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph is the city's largest youth mentoring organization, providing programs and support to more than 750 local children. Mentoring programs take place in both community and school-based settings, as one-to-one matches or larger groups.

The organization strives to support and encourage a developmental relationship between mentors and mentees, encouraging all youth to realize their full potential. Intended program outcomes include social emotional competence, mental health & wellbeing, and educational engagement & employment readiness.
